Job Responsibilities
General Duties:
l Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters and other document.
l Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
l Arrange meetings and prepare agenda and MOM.
l Making travel arrangement and organize and maintain the office filing system.
Support Duties:
l Assist the director with daily administrative duties and completes a variety of admin tasks that include managing an active calander of appointments.
l Conduct research on prospective corporate to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.
l Draft reports, letters of solicitation, proposals, prepares & coordinates oral and written communication.
l Maintain Board portal of director’s Desk and confidential files and contact information.
l Participation in management liaison like assist in coordinating, prepares an account of meetings.
l Organize anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business.
l To prepare various kind of reports related to sales & marketing, commercial and manufacturing function under the guidance of Director.
l Making trends of all functions based on the consumption\'s, cost and overheads.
l Somehow need to go to the field and attend sampling activities / events, organised by sales team and prepare the reports related to the same and report to Director.
Skills and Qualifications:
l Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to build relationship including internal and external partners both.
l Ability to conduct research and work independently in professional way.
l Excellent writing skills.
l Excellent management, time management and problem solving skills.
l Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
